The breakfast turned out to be just right. There was a bit of confusion on our part about what was presented with the Continental Breakfast, but it really was quite nice and had many options. Some of us (3) got the Croissant sandwich and some (3) got the Continental Breakfast. The wait staff was very accommodating. The location was perfect for our visit to the Biltmore.

Didn’t realize it was right off of a busy road but it was pretty quiet and we enjoyed it very much. The room was comfortable enough to bring our dog so it wasn’t too cramps for him to be with us. Liked it too that we were at the end, right by the exit door so easy access to the outside for him to potty. The breakfast was a bit expensive but the food was fine and the waitress as well as all the staff that assisted us were too notch. We will definitely recommend the hotel.

Location was good. Beautiful hotel inside and outside. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The cookie on arrival was a nice touch! I accidentally parked out back and the staff came quickly to let me in.

Quite hotel with all the amenities anyone would need.. Very close to the entrance of Biltmore Estate and Biltmore Village. Breakfast was delicious every morning and staff is friendly. We enjoyed the sitting in the courtyard after our daily excursions.

complimentary water and those awesome warm cookies which were available at any time. On site breakfast was very good so did not mind paying for it. Soap, shampoo and lotion brand was great.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I came to tour the Biltmore and the hotel was just a few minutes from the ticket gate so you can’t beat the location. The staff was exceptional, especially Carla at the front desk. She knew so much about the history of the area and made us feel very welcome.
